Description

Penbryn Mawr is a two-storey building constructed of roughly coursed rubblestone, with roughcast gable ends. It features a slate roof with coped verges and integral end stacks. The front of the building has three windows, which are four-paned sashes, along with a central entrance. The interior was not inspected during the survey.
