Description

Bron Berwyn is a one-and-a-half-storey terrace building located at Nos 5-7 Church Street in Llandderfel. It consists of three one-window units constructed from local slatestone rubble, which has been whitened with roughcast in the 20th century. The terrace features a continuous slate roof with a tiled ridge and large rubble chimneys, all adorned with weathercoursing and a cornice band. Each unit has an entrance on the right and a single window on both the ground and first floors to the left. The first-floor windows break the eaves and are set within gabled dormers that have simple bargeboards. The doors are recessed and boarded, while the windows are late 19th-century casements with four panes and projecting stone sills. The interior was not inspected during the survey.
