Description

Bys-coch is a building made of local stone rubble, situated on a platform that has been levelled from the hillside. It features an irregular slate roof and is one and a half storeys high. The front has a central part-glazed door flanked by 4-pane horned sash windows, with similar shorter windows on the upper floor. There are squat gable end stacks. To the southeast, the building is extended by a single-storey outbuilding constructed of boulders and topped with a slate roof, which includes a stable door. At the rear, only the upper floor is visible above ground, featuring one sash window. The building was not seen during the inspection.
