This milestone is a square slab made of local slate, with the upper corners chamfered. It is positioned at the edge of the road and features the following inscriptions: "CARNARVON 15 MILES," "PENYGROES 8 5/8," "LLANLLYFNI 8," and "TREMADOG 4."
