Description

Vestry Cottage and the former vestry are designed in a simple Picturesque Gothic style, which was popular with the Glynllifon Estate during this period. The building has an L-shaped layout with one storey and an attic. It features irregularly coursed rubblestone, large quoins, and brownish red brick dressings, along with coped verges and an ashlar window surround on the gabled range facing the churchyard.

The main range, which faces the road, includes a steep gabled porch on the left that extends over a ribbed plank door with a glazed panel. To the right of the porch is a mullioned and transomed window, with a rooflight directly above it. A prominent brick ridge stack is located to the right, featuring toothed paired and rebated shafts with a moulded capping, along with an additional stack behind the ridge.

On the left gable end, there is a three-light timber mullioned and transomed window with leaded latticed glazing on the first floor, and a smaller window offset to the left on the ground floor. A similar, slightly larger window is found in the lean-to addition at the back. The projecting gabled range in the churchyard has a window at the front and a narrow ventilation slit at the apex, topped with a decorated stone cross. The left return features a ribbed plank door under a segmental-pointed arch leading to the road, with a rooflight directly above.

The interior was not inspected during the survey.
