Description

The gate piers and gates at the entrance to St. Mary’s Churchyard are made of octagonal stone and feature a cornice with tall ogee caps. The iron gates have ornate Gothic detailing. There are railings on either side, set on stone plinths and topped with spearhead finials. These railings are finished at each end with square piers that have pyramidal caps.
