Description
13 Wexham Street is a 1½-storey cottage constructed of rubble stone, featuring a steep slate roof and a pebble-dashed stack on the left side. The cottage has a boarded door that is offset to the right of center, set within a smooth-rendered surround. This door is flanked by two 2-pane horizontal sliding sash windows, which are also in smooth-rendered architraves, although the heads of these windows have been renewed. To the left of the door, there is a smaller 2-pane stair window. Above the doorway, a 4-pane horned sash window is located in a raked half dormer. At the rear of the cottage, there is a continuous outshut. The property has not been inspected.
