Description
Clorach-bach is a mid-19th century farmhouse that stands two stories high and features a three-window range, along with a single-storey service wing at the rear. The main front of the house is constructed from dressed and coursed limestone, while the rest is built from rubble. The roof is covered with small slates and has stone coping, with dressed gable stacks that include capping.
The central doorway is adorned with a shallow rectangular fanlight and features a shield above it that displays the initials R B W B and the date 1842. The windows on either side of the door are 16-pane hornless sashes, and the first floor has 12-pane windows positioned directly beneath the eaves.
The single-storey service wing has rendered elevations and a slate roof, which also includes a rendered gable stack. There is a modern porch located at the angle between the main house and the rear wing. The interior was not inspected during the survey.
