Description
Penllyn is an early 19th century two-storey farmhouse designed in the Georgian vernacular style. It features a single-storey service wing at the rear and an outshut built in the southwest angle under a catslide roof. The building is constructed of rubble masonry, with the left gable return finished in pebbledash render. The slate roof has stone coping and rectangular gable stacks with capping. The main elevation faces east towards the road and consists of a two-window range with a central doorway, featuring 12-paned hornless sash windows. The service wing includes a small paned light in the north wall. The interior was not inspected during the survey.
