Description
Capel Bozrah is a chapel built into a slope, featuring its entrance on the shorter front elevation. The building has rough-cast render elevations with smooth rendered dressings and a hipped slate roof. Access is gained via steps with cast-iron railings and a swept handrail. The entrance consists of a round-arched doorway with a hoodmould supported by simple cornice moulding, flanked by paired vertically-panelled doors and a plain overlight. On either side of the entrance are tall round-arched windows with Y-traceried glazing bars. Above the entrance, an inset slate displays the chapel's name and the date of construction. The return elevations each have four windows with similar Y-tracery and simple dressings, along with a moulded eaves cornice. The rear of the chapel features two similar windows.
Inside, the central entrance leads into a small lobby that is part of the chapel, with side doors opening into it. The pulpit and set fawr are positioned at the back of the lobby. The seating is arranged in three ranks with aisles, and shorter rows are placed at right angles on either side of the set fawr. The interior includes boarded dado panelling and a ceiling that is panelled with moulded plaster ribs, featuring boarding in the angle panels and around the centrepieces. The grained pews have simple chamfered panels and shaped finials. The pulpit features grained inset panels, and the set fawr is enclosed by a turned rail.
