Description

This is a single-span rubble bridge built around 1800, which carries the drive to Murieston House over the Murieston Water. It features a segmental arch made of roughly droved voussoirs. The bridge has a contrasting droved ashlar coped parapet, which is topped with pyramidal capped droved die blocks. There are two markings on each face indicating the span of the arch, along with four terminal markings.
