Description

Rose Cottage is a single-storey building dating from around 1800. It features two windows and a centrally located door with an architrave. The exterior is constructed from squared rubble with flush margins. The roof is slated and includes skews and coped end stacks, along with original sash windows. To the left, there is a lower smithy wing that is also built from rubble and slated, complete with a roof-light.
