Description
A row of five probable 1880s terraced cottages, likely designed by Hippolyte J Blanc, located on the Hopetoun Estate. The cottages are set back from the main house. They are arranged in terraces, each with three bays and a central front door. Each cottage features an elaborate porch with bracketed supports and decorative bargeboards, along with bipartite windows and stacks topped with block cornices. The walls are constructed from snecked rubble with polished dressings and have a slated roof. The building was formerly used as a Free Church Manse. The statutory address is Woodend Hopetoun Estate Cottages, numbers 1 to 5.
