15 Kenilworth Road, Bridge Of Allan

13 Kenilworth Road is an early Victorian, 2-storey detached villa that exhibits a mildly Italianate character, with some later additions. The original structure is built of coursed rubble and features flush ashlar quoins and raised keyblocked margins. The building has a stepped L-plan front, which includes a 3-storey entrance tower located in the re-entrant angle. To the left, there is an advanced gabled section with a canted bay extending through both floors. The tower features a round-arched keyblocked doorpiece and pairs of round-arched keyblocked windows at the top stage, topped with a bracketted pyramid roof that has an ornamental vane. The villa has broad-eaved, low-pitched slated roofs. There is a later 2-storey addition to the west, which has a set-back gable front with tripartite windows. Additionally, there is a recent single-storey and attic addition to the east, featuring a timber gable.
