Description

3-5 Glebe Crescent is a later Victorian semi-detached villa built in the late classic style, featuring two stories and an attic. The villa is constructed from snecked rubble and has a symmetrical design with three windows between advanced ends that include canted bays. It has plain twin doorpieces set within a four-bay continuous square column colonnade, which supports a railed balcony above. The central section features a disced frieze and a centre scrolled chimney. There is one modern dormer at No. 5. The roofs are piended and slated, and there are flanking screen walls that have been converted into garages.
