Description

5 Princes Street is a mid-19th century, two-storey villa situated on an elevated site. The building features a two-window front, with a tripartite arrangement on the ground floor. The central window is arched and has a key block, while the left-hand side has a canted bay. The entrance is marked by an arched doorpiece with cavetto-splayed detailing and elaborate consoles. The exterior is constructed with channel-jointed coursers that have dressings two courses deep, and the roof is slated and piended.
