Description
This building, located at 16 South Back Road in Biggar, dates from around 1860 and is a single-storey structure. It is constructed of rubble with ashlar dressings and has a slate roof. The front features a recess with a bipartite window and three advanced gables. The central gable is coped and topped with a finial, with a door located underneath it. There are two flanking gables, also coped, each with end stacks. The west gable has a square opening, while the east gable features one oculus. The east elevation includes two windows (one bipartite), a door, and two additional windows.
