Description

The Lesmahagow Parish Church, situated on Church Square, Lesmahagow, was largely constructed in 1810, though it incorporates a tower dating from 1803. Further additions and alterations were made in 1894 and 1937. The design preserves elements of the earlier church. The building is referenced in "Architecture of Scottish Post Reformation Churches," page 263.
