Description

Earlier/mid 19th century. Single segmental arched bridge

carrying driveway to Birkwood House over River Nethan.

Bull-faced ashlar up to level of string course below

parapets, polished ashlar above; splayed approaches,

octagonal piers at north look earlier and have gothic

detailing.
