Description

1 Market End in Lanark is an earlier 19th-century, two-storey, four-bay former smithy. The building is constructed of rubble with dressed ashlar quoins and long and short dressings around the windows and doors. There is a modern entrance on the left side. At the ground level, there are two doors with one window positioned between them, while the first floor features four windows. The building has end stacks and a slate roof.
