Description

Hyndford House is a 17th century town house that was converted into a tenement in the 19th century. The building has three storeys and an attic, featuring five bays. It is cement rendered with ashlar margins and crowstepped gables, which include three simple skew putts and one moulded putt on the southwest side. The entrance is accessed through a narrow passage on the north side. Inside, there is a newel stair located in the southeast corner. The house has four chimney stacks, with two positioned at the gable ends, and it is topped with a slate roof.
