Description

The churchyard at Carstairs Church primarily dates to 1750, with significant development in 1794 and alterations and additions around 1920. Designed by Milne Bell, the churchyard is documented in "Architecture of Scottish Post Reformation Churches" on pages 88, 189, 194 and 262.
