Description

16 Wellgate in Lanark is a mid-19th century building that stands two storeys high and features three irregular bays. The exterior is finished in painted stucco. On the right side, there is a door flanked by shop windows, while to the left, there is a door and pend with two blocked openings, all situated beneath a fascia and cornice. Above, there are three windows, which are bipartite in the outer bays. The building has an eaves course and a cornice, topped with a slate roof.
