Description

14 High Street in Lanark is an 18th-century building that has undergone significant alterations. It is two storeys high with four windows and features painted lined stucco with painted margins, along with some stone and rendered sections. There is one low door with chamfered flush margins located under the second window from the left. To the left of the square window in the right bay, there is a blocked door. All windows are deeply recessed, with three on the first floor that have lying-pane glazing, one of which has a dated lintel reading "16 1H IM 88." The building has straight skews and a slate roof.
