Description
The Watch House, located in the churchyard of Symington Parish Church on Kirk Bauk, is a small single-storey gabled structure built in the mid-19th century. It is constructed of rubble with ashlar dressings. The building features steps leading to a timber door and has a narrow single slit-window to the left, along with another small window on the east gable. The roof is covered with grey slate, and it has cast-iron rainwater goods.
The churchyard is enclosed by a rubble boundary wall and contains a notable collection of gravestones that predate the 19th century.
