Description

Later 19th century, with later additions. Single storey and attic 3-bay house. Painted entrance elevation; rubble to sides. Base course; cornice; blocking course.

N (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: central entrance to recessed 2-bays to left; timber door; letterbox fanlight; single window to left; labelmoulds to both; 2-window bowed gable to attic above, curved eaves. Canted window at ground to advanced bay to right; 2 window bowed bay above; crenellated parapet to both.

W (SIDE) ELEVATION: 2-bay. Square-headed entrance to right; glazed timber door; single window to left at ground; single window at attic (non-aligned).

S (REAR) ELEVATION: 3-bay. Central entrance; timber door; flanking side lights; single windows to outer left and right; 2 bowed dormers at attic.

Plate glass timber sash and case windows at ground floor (modern at ground to W elevation), 12-pane at attic to N elevation, 18-pane at attic to S elevation; Grey slate roof; stone skews; rooflights; corniced gablehead stacks; circular and polygonal cans.

INTERIOR: not seen 1998.

BOUNDARY WALL AND GATEPIERS: coped boundary wall enclosing site (painted in part). Vehicular entrances to left and right; square-plan pyramidal-capped gatepiers to left (right lower in height).
