Description

25 High Street in Maybole is a building dated 1876, featuring two storeys and two bays. The ground floor is made of painted ashlar, while the upper part has coursed stone with yellow ashlar dressings. The side wall is built from rubble. The ground floor contains a shop with a bracketed blind box. On the first floor, there are two windows that have linked hood-moulds. A date stone is located in the gable head, and there is a moulded skewputt at the northeast corner. The roof has stepped skews and a corbelled apex stack, covered with slate.
