Description

Old Linthill House in Eyemouth dates from the first half of the 17th century. It is designed in an L-plan with a square tower that projects at the re-entrant angle. The exterior is harled and the building has three storeys plus a garret. It features crowstepped gables and a steep roof, with chimneys that have moulded coping. The interior has undergone alterations, and some of the windows have been enlarged.
