Description

Earlier 19th century. 3-storey 3-bay stugged and coursed cream sandstone tenement now with offices above shop; raised ashlar margins; cill course to 2nd floor; windows to all bays. Modern slate fronted shop at ground;deep-set door to upper floors at right. Pair of segmental-hreaded box-dormers.

4-pane timber sash and case windows. Grey slates; consoledd skewputt to left, rendered stack; original octagonal cans.
