Description
9 High Street in Jedburgh is an earlier 19th century, three-storey, three-bay tenement made of stugged and coursed cream sandstone. The building features ashlar margins and cills. The ground floor includes a three-bay shop with a deep-set door in the center, flanked by windows and a fascia. To the right, there is a door leading to the upper floors, which has a rectangular fanlight above it. The upper floors have windows in all bays; there is a modern box dormer present. The first floor has uPVC windows, while the second floor features four-pane sash and case windows. The roof is covered with grey slates, and there is a consoled skewputt on the left side.
