Description

This is a bridge, likely built in the 19th century, that spans the Netherlough Burn. It features a single arch and has a humped design. The bridge is constructed from coursed and tooled grey sandstone, with dressed sandstone used for the decorative elements. It has pointed-arched openings made with regular voussoirs. The low parapets have squared coping and are topped with regularly spaced square blocks that resemble crenellation.
