Description

This is a bridge located in Town Yetholm, dated 1834. It features a triple span design over the Bowmont Water, with segmental arches. The bridge is constructed from whinstone rubble, complemented by channelled stugged sandstone cut-waters and whinstone voussoirs. It has a corbelled band course and quadrant abutments, along with later additions of steel railings and rubble piers.
