Description

Earlier 19th century with later alterations and additions. 2-storey, 3-bay classical house. Stugged ashlar with polished ashlar dressings to SW elevation; line-rendered side elevations and rear. Base course, eaves course, substantial pilaster quoins with semicircular coping above eaves course.

SW ELEVATION: panelled door with plate glass rectangular fanlight above set in pilastered and corniced doorpiece, window at 1st floor above with corniced margin and tablet above eaves course. Canted window at ground of each flanking bay, with cornice and blocking course and window at 1st floor above, as to centre.

NE ELEVATION: boarded door to centre with stair window to right of centre. Window to each floor of flanking bays.

6-pane and plate glass timber sash and case windows. Piended slate roof with ashlar coped wallhead stacks to side elevations.

INTERIOR: not seen, 1995.
