Description

Mid 19th century terrace of unified design, comprising 3

2-storey houses between advanced terminal blocks, of which

only the eastern, No 6, survives. Nos 3, 4, 5 are two bays

wide of coursed, squared rubble with polished window and door

surrounds, and separated by giant order pilaster strips

rusticated at ground floor, the wallhead cornice survives

only at no 4 which has two later platform-roofed attic

dormers. No 5 has a single piend roofed dormer. No 6 is

advanced with a dummy window in the west gable and a 3 bay

front with centre door, gabled with brick stacks, glazing

renewed.
