Description

Later 19th century. 2-storey and attic, terrace of 5 houses with segmental-headed cart pend to gabled centre bay. Squared and snecked rubble with tabbed ashlar margins. Keystoned round-headed window to gablehead. Stone mullions.

E (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATIONS: broad gable to centre with segmental arch to right and window to left at ground, bipartite to centre and further window to left above, round-headed window in gablehead. Nos 7 and 9 to right of centre, each with centre door and flanking windows at ground, and regular fenestration to 1st floor. No 11 to left of centre with part-glazed timber door and plate glass fanlight to right, window to left, 2 windows above and slate-hung canted tripartite dormer over left bay. No 15 (symmetrical) to outer left with door to centre and single window above, bipartites and dormers (as above) to outer bays.

W (REAR) ELEVATIONS: accessed through pend. Variety of elements to altered rear elevations, including projecting gabled wing (former stable) to left of centre with 2 hayloft dormer openings.

Mostly 4- and 8-pane glazing patterns in timber sash and case windows. Modern glazing to ground floor of No 15. Grey slates. Coped ashlar stacks.
