Description

Tarmangie House is a building that dates back to 1747, with later repairs and a reroofing that included a dormered second floor completed by Jas. Mitchell in 1896. The house is three stories high, harled and whitewashed with margins, featuring piended dormer heads above the second-floor windows. The front has three windows and includes a piend-roof porch designed by Wm. Kerr from Alloa in 1913. There is also a two-storey back wing designed by David Millar (Wright) in 1840, as well as offices designed by Andrew Goold in 1793.
