Description
Borland is a house originally built as a long single-storey structure, dated to the 17th century for David Law and Catherine Rutherford. The western part of the house remains unaltered, while the eastern part was reconstructed in the early 19th century into a two-storey, three-window design with railed steps leading to the door. Both sections of the house are harled with margins. Additionally, there are three detached parallel steading blocks: the western block is dated to 1747, and the middle block is from the mid-19th century. In front of the house, there is a railed terrace and steps leading to the garden.
