Description
30 High Street and 28 Perth is a late 18th century building with a High Street front that was refaced in the mid-19th century. It features a four-storey facade with three window openings, finished in painted stucco and designed in a provincial Renaissance style. The front includes superimposed pilasters and architraved windows, which have segmental pediments on the first floor and triangular pediments on the second floor. There is a main cornice, a Gibbsian door dating from around 1770, and one old pilastered shop front facing Watergate. The building has a slated roof.
