Description

1 George Street in Perth is a later 18th century, four-storey corner building finished in stucco. The ground floor features shops, while the first floor has four windows and the second and third floors each have three windows facing George Street. The High Street side has a two-window front. The building is topped with a moulded eaves cornice and a slated piended roof. Although the windows have been reglazed, a good rectangular fanlight remains intact.
