Description

The building at 13 and 15 High Street in Perth dates back to 1699 and features the monogram RG EC. It is a three-storey structure with an attic and has six windows. The exterior is finished in painted stucco, with decorative architraves and consoled ground floor shops. The building has a flat-arched pend with voussoirs, quoins, and a pediment.
