12 and 14 George Street in Perth is a late 18th century building featuring four storeys and an attic, constructed from painted droved ashlar. The ground floor includes shops with consoles on the right side. The building has five windows, with one blind on the second and third floors, and retains its original glazing. There are two piended dormers and a slated roof.
