Description
Glenalmond House is a large, two-storey Renaissance mansion that features a simple astylar design. The south front is constructed of ashlar and includes twin single-storey bays, as well as two-storey bays and a two-storey pedimented east porch. The rear sections of the building are harled, with rubble office wings located at the back. The house was built around 1830 to 1840 and underwent extensive alterations and additions around 1900.
