South West Lodge at Ayton House is a Tudor-style building, likely designed by William Burn in 1830. It features a T-plan layout with pinned rubble construction and a front wing made of droved ashlar. The lodge includes a bay window and a broad-eaved roof, although there have been some recent alterations.
