Dated 1855 William Burn. Victorian. L-plan. 1 storey and attic. Rusticated rubble; gable slate roofs. Ashlar chimneys. Projecting eaves with exposed timbers. Carved barge-boards. Supported on brackets at corners. Bay-windows. Gabled porch in re-entrant angles; panel above,
