Description

Original tower house 3-storey and attic L-plan with turrets.

SW, SE, and NE. Staircase in re-entrant angle now obscured by

additions. Twin gabled east frontage. Dormer head of 1602

built into wall, porch 1869. East wing gothic, 2-storey with

centre of east frontage 3-storey. Early 19th cent. Interior

of keep gutted and re-modelled 18th/early 19th cent, good

interior work of that date. Indifferently designed additions

to 1869 and 1874. Harled with margins throughout.
