Description
This is a rectangular walled garden, likely dating from the early 19th century, and remodelled in the late 20th century, covering an area of approximately one acre. The garden is enclosed by rubble walls topped with flat ashlar and semicircular coping. An opening in the east wall features a pointed arch constructed with voussoirs and decorative ironwork gates. Within the walled garden are stone paths and terraces, dividing the space into compartments. Aberuchill Castle itself is listed separately at group value.
