Description

8, 10, 12, 14, 16 North Port in Perth is a building dated 1774 that has been recently restored. It is a three-storey structure with an attic and features five windows. The building is constructed of rubble with margins and has a central chimney gable with old brickwork. There are two piended dormers and a semi-circular stair tower at the rear, topped with a slated roof. A decorative wrought-iron bracket and lamp can be found on the first floor of the front elevation. The approach to the building is attractively cobbled.
