Description

2 and 4 Charlotte Place in Perth, built around 1830, is a four-storey building designed in the Neo-Greek style. It features an ashlar facade with Doric columns at the ground floor, which opens onto a balcony overlooking Charlotte Place. The building has a four-window front and a three-window bow facing Charlotte Place, along with a three-window front on Charlotte Street. Notable architectural elements include a main cornice, a blocking course, and a slated roof.
