Description

9, 11, and 13 Charlotte Street in Perth is a later 18th century building that stands three stories high with a basement. It features a five-window facade, although several of these windows are blind. The exterior is made of painted ashlar stone. At the top, there is an attic chimney gable that includes a Venetian window. The ground floor has a shop and a central doorpiece with a fanlight above it. The roof is slated and has two swept dormers and two canted dormers.
