Description

Fair Maid's House is a two-storey building located at 21 and 23 North Port in Perth. It incorporates fragments from the medieval period, although most of the masonry has been renewed. The interior was redone between 1893 and 1894 by architects J and G Young. The house is constructed from rubble and features a stair tower with a slated roof. On the outside wall, there is a niche that is reputed to have originally contained a curfew bell.
